Don’t forget, the Mafia is also Latin

20 Dec

City today, as obsessively envisioned by the ruling neo-Latinos from Spain, has indeed became the exact replica of the ancient city of Rome. What we daily see is a local government unit suffering chronically from maladies of an unguarded territory. All kinds of criminals lurk in dark allies and corners ready for any victim of the day or night. Murders and other heinous crimes are flagrantly committed even under the full splendor of daylight.
Our local legislators resemble exactly the early Roman Senators who were politically weak, without legislative independence, and solidly anchored party principles.

Loyalty can shift left to right or center to side just by the mesmerizing PERKS dangled temptingly before their eyes. Right now the multi-party system has been conveniently converted into a One Party System with no opposition allowed to challenge the incumbent hegemony. Nobody seems to be concerned about improving the peace and order image of this mini-city because their priority is political survivability. How can we improve our investment and corporate climate without the full guarantee of peace and security? In fact, one lady legislator who could not stand the extreme pressures anymore vowed irrevocably not to return to her legislative chair for another term. And she is a priceless solon in a truly democratic and uncompromisingly independent legislature. I am sure we will never have any one of her independent-mindedness and political incorruptibility in a very, very long time. My heart is beaming with utmost pride to mention her… THE GENUINELY HONORABLE COUNCILOR LYNETTE MARCOS ABARRO. Worst, most of these crimes against humanity have remained unsolved. Some of them are more mysterious than the Latin doctrine of the Holy Trinity. Confirming these terrifying crime scenario are the periodic advisories of American, British, and Australian Embasies sternly warning their respective nationals not to commit the mortal mistake of straying into this “no-man’s” territory. Here, no body is safe, except those who belong to the untouchable Iberian clans. Has Latin City of Asia become the PERFECT KILLING FIELD? Excuse me. Did I hear any one complain about the proper use of the Intelligence Funds? I think he was just another confused mind, so don’t bother giving him any attention or importance. This kind of funds is not subject to government rules of accounting and auditing, so there’s no legal ground for such inquiry. All you get as an answer is an insulting smile from ear to ear plus invectives of the vilest kind which could range from the “dark forces,” to being a subversive out to dismember City from the newly resurrected Roman Empire. In the business of pre and post audits, Intelligence Funds are beyond the scope of public accountability and transparency. It is even beyond the figurative scrutiny of the ‘THREE WISE MOKEYS.” If one is observant enough, these crime are committed MAFIA-STYLE. This phenomenon of course, should not surprise anyone for the MAFIA by birth and origin is also Latin. By the way before it slips my mind, please don’t forget that the only Latin City in the history of the world was Rome… and it exclusively belonged to the dynasty of Caesar.  Now, let me prove that this world-dreaded criminal syndicate is also of Latin origin. Here’s what Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia ,says:” THE MAFIA ( also known as Cosa Nostra) is a Sicilian criminal society which is believed to have emerged in the late l9th Century Sicily, and the first to be referred to as MAFIA. It is a loose association of criminal groups that share a common organizational structure and code of conduct. Each group known as a “family” “clan” or “cosca” claims sovereignty over a territory in which it operates…” Do you now see how chillingly similar it is to the satanic massacre which triggered the imposition of the martial rule in our country the second time around?(Cle M. Bascar)

Caju says City gov’t shouldaddress environment problems

20 Dec

The present administration must refocus its program in addressing the problems on environment and the population increase if it wants to cope up with program, a City Council aspirant said yesterday.

Allan Cajucom, a mediaman turned politician of District I, said the city government under Mayor Celso should try to find ways in addressing these problems the soonest possible time.“People should also help in the protection and preservation of the environment,” said Caju, as he is fondly called. The Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) City Council bet chided government officials as he asked: “Why it can’t do anything to address pollution in the city proper?”“Look at the emission of carbon dioxide and fumes by different vehicles cruising the different streets in the city proper. While other small cities and municipalities are doing everything to prevent or slow down pollution in their respective localities, vehicles  here emit toxic fumes with impunity under the noses of our officials,” Caju said.According to him, the United Nations has declared by the year 2050 many people will die by starvation due to shortage of food.He said the city government should find ways to help the farmers till the land to generate production of staple food and vegetables. The council aspirant said one of the problems the city is facing is the increase in population due to migration.“Many people from the other province come to City because they thought the city has many things to offer like employment but they are  wrong because many of the Zamboangueño businessmen have already gone out to invest in other areas because of the peace and order problem,” Caju emphasized. He said many of these poor groups tend to stay in the city thus, adding to the population growth through migration. The city is the transit point of travelers  from different provinces and cities in Mindanao, Caju said.“
